CONSTROTECH is a Zimbabwean construction company with two sites located in the Midlands Province. The first site is in Kwekwe, 8Km from the Sebakwe river while the second site is Zaloba quarry site which is 46Km from Gweru.
CONSTROTECH has renewable 5-year leases for both sites under CONSTROTECH’s subsidiary SYMS Minerals.

CONSTROTECH will establish a stone crushing and screening plant as well as a brick-making and pavement block making plant for the LED program.
Enterprise development is the intentional process of identifying and empowering specific local suppliers to help them grow while the empowering organization also derives benefit from the developed organization.
Enterprise development entails within it training of supplier’s personnel, investment in the supplier’s operations, monitoring and evaluation of supplier’s performance among others.
